Day 1: Saturday, August 27, 2011: Out to Sea
We left early in the morning (7:30am) ... that's really early for me... and made our way to the airport. We arrived in Seattle a little after 1:00 pm and made it to the ship around 2:00 pm. The ship sailed away into the sunset at 4:00 pm.
"Me, I, or My" will always mean Barbara

Be sure to follow "Bill's" journey along with ours.
Who's "Bill", you ask? Click here to meet "Bill".
One of the first things we did was
check out our digs for the week.
Oh look ... we even have a safe.
The perfect place for "Bill" to hang out.
Ooooooo ... Chocolate !!!!!
My sis Lynette and our travel agent
had yummy goodies delivered to our room.
... they were waiting for us when we arrived.
What a great way to start our Honeymoon!
We'll unpack later ... let's go check out the view from the ship
The beautiful Seattle skyline ...
... the Space Needle
... and Mount Rainier
The wind was at our backs.
Check out my lovely hair-do.
Shortly after departure, we were greeted with a beautiful sunset.
Day 2: Sunday, August 28, 2011
We spent the day at sea and got familiar with the ship and met new friends.
Enjoying a bit of champagne with our new friends Jesse and Anna. They are honeymooning too.
And geeee ... a coincidence ... they were also assigned to the same main dining room table, along with a
couple other Honeymooners.
Our dining room waiter brought us a Happy Honeymoon cake and sang to us
"Happy Honeymoon to You ..." sung with the Happy Birthday jingle.
Scott ate some of it, but since he is not too fond of chocolate, I ate more than I should have. Hey ... what the heck ... we are on our honeymoon ...calories don't count on this trip.
When we arrived back at our room for the night, look what was waiting for us.
This is sooooooo fun!!!!!!!
